A therapeutic support group provides:
Validation: Hearing others’ stories reminds you that what happened was not your fault.
Community: Healing happens faster in safe, connected environments.
Guidance: Learn tools for recognizing red flags, setting boundaries, and rebuilding self-esteem.
Empowerment: Begin creating a life that reflects your worth and values.
Whether you’re early in your healing or years into recovery, this group offers gentle structure, emotional safety, and professional guidance.
