Healing from trauma takes time, but what if there were a way to shorten the journey without rushing the process?
Dear Survivor,
Some survivors spend years in weekly therapy, making brave strides in recovery while still feeling stuck in old trauma loops. I’ve seen it happen often. There’s nothing wrong with the traditional path, but for many, it moves too slowly to match the urgency of their pain.
That’s why more survivors are turning to EMDR intensives: a powerful format that condenses months of therapy into a few focused days, creating space for deeper breakthroughs and lasting relief.
EMDR intensives offer a faster, deeper path to healing for trauma survivors.
They allow for extended sessions that support your nervous system in completing the trauma processing work that often gets cut short in one-hour blocks.
An EMDR intensive is a structured, immersive experience where you work with a trained EMDR therapist for several hours a day over a set number of days, often two to four. These sessions allow your brain to process trauma memories in a way that traditional weekly therapy cannot always accommodate.
In intensives, there’s no need to “warm up” each week or scramble to feel safe again after being interrupted by life between sessions. Instead, you remain supported and engaged long enough to experience real shifts in how your trauma lives in your body and mind.
Clients often say they finally feel like they’ve turned a corner. Nightmares ease. Triggers quiet down. They begin to remember who they were before the pain, or who they are becoming now.
For survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, or childhood trauma, EMDR intensives offer a way to move through stuck places quickly but gently. The structure is intentional, the pacing is collaborative, and your capacity is always honored.

You are not behind. You are not broken. Sometimes, you just need more time, held differently.
Blessings and healing,
Catrina
