Burnout Recovery Intensive for High-Achieving Professionals

When Success Feels Like
It's Consuming You

A focused, private therapy experience for high-achieving professionals who are done managing the symptoms and ready to address what’s actually driving the exhaustion.

THE REALITY OF BURNOUT

This Isn't Just Stress. You Know That.

You’ve tried the vacation, the exercise routine, the boundaries. And for a few days it helps, then you’re right back where you were. That is because chronic burnout is not a scheduling problem.

For many high-achieving professionals, the traits that drove your success, such as responsibility, drive, and perfectionism, can quietly become the same things that keep you trapped in a cycle of depletion. Weekly therapy often cannot touch these patterns in 50 minutes, once a week.

The Burnout Recovery Intensive is designed for professionals who want focused therapeutic work, not just surface-level stress management.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

A Structured Day Built Around You

The intensive is one full day of therapy, not a workshop, not group work, not a retreat. It is private, focused, and designed around your specific situation.

A preparation session before and an integration session after ensure the work is grounded in what matters most to you, and that you leave with clarity, not just relief.

All sessions are virtual via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Clients in TX, AZ, VA, FL, and SC. Weekend availability may apply for an additional fee.

QUESTIONS

What People Ask First

Many clients choose an intensive when weekly therapy hasn’t provided enough time to fully address complex patterns contributing to burnout and chronic pressure.

If you are considering this format, a consultation call is the best first step.

A burnout recovery intensive is an extended therapy experience designed for professionals who want dedicated time to address burnout, chronic stress, and the psychological patterns that often drive overwork and exhaustion.

This format allows us to explore both:

• the external pressures you face in your role
• the internal patterns that may keep you in constant overdrive

Many clients discover that the same traits that helped them succeed professionally, such as responsibility, perfectionism, and drive, can also contribute to long-term burnout if they remain unchecked.

An intensive creates space to understand these patterns and build a healthier, more sustainable path forward.

It is for professionals carrying significant responsibility, such as executives, clinicians, attorneys, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, senior leaders, and many more who are mentally exhausted despite external success, cannot disconnect from work, and find that weekly therapy is too slow or surface-level to address what is underneath. If you have tried conventional stress management and it did not fix it, this may be the right format.

Many clients in high-responsibility roles specifically value complete confidentiality. Keeping the intensive as a private-pay service means no insurance claims, no diagnosis in external records, and full privacy around the work. It also allows more flexibility in the format and focus of the sessions.

The intensive is offered virtually for clients in Texas, Arizona, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. Sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Weekend slots may be available at a premium rate for professionals with demanding weekday schedules.

Clients often leave the intensive with:

  • greater mental clarity and reduced overwhelm
  • a deeper understanding of the patterns driving burnout
  • practical strategies for managing professional pressure
  • stronger boundaries around work and responsibility
  • a personalized burnout recovery plan
