HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
A Structured Day Built Around You
The intensive is one full day of therapy, not a workshop, not group work, not a retreat. It is private, focused, and designed around your specific situation.
A preparation session before and an integration session after ensure the work is grounded in what matters most to you, and that you leave with clarity, not just relief.
All sessions are virtual via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Clients in TX, AZ, VA, FL, and SC. Weekend availability may apply for an additional fee.
COMMON FOCUS AREAS
What We Work On During the Intensive
- Perfectionism & over-responsibility
- Decision fatigue & mental overload
- Identity beyond performance
- Workplace stress and leadership pressure
- Rebuilding sustainable limits
- Burnout prevention going forward
01
Free Consultation Call
A brief introductory call to determine whether an intensive is the right fit for your needs. We will discuss your goals, current challenges, and whether this format would be appropriate.
02
Preparation Session (90 minutes)
Before the intensive, we meet for a preparation session to explore:
- burnout symptoms and stress patterns
- professional pressures and responsibilities
- goals for the intensive
This session ensures that the intensive is focused and meaningful.
03
The Intensive Session (6 hours)
The intensive day provides extended time for deeper therapeutic work.
The session includes:
- two 15-minute breaks
- one 60-minute lunch/reset period for reflection and integration
Many clients find that this reset period allows insights and clarity to emerge between working segments.
04
Integration Session (90 minutes)
Following the intensive, we meet for a follow-up session to support implementation and integration.
This session focuses on:
- processing insights from the intensive
- implementing boundaries and changes
- maintaining sustainable recovery from burnout
