HOW TO JOIN

What to Expect in Sessions

Each 90-minute session combines emotional processing with psychoeducation, so you’re not just talking about what happened, you’re building understanding and tools to move through it.

You will:

🌿 Learn about trauma responses, abuse patterns, and trauma bonding
🌿 Explore tools for self-care, boundaries, and self-compassion
🌿 Gain education that helps you recognize and release patterns that no longer serve you
🌿 Rebuild trust and confidence in yourself in a safe, validating community

All sessions are via HIPAA-compliant Zoom. Everything shared in the group stays in the group. Confidentiality is a non-negotiable condition of participation.

Intake Required Before First Session

Joining the group starts with an intake appointment, a one-on-one call with me before your first session. This isn’t a barrier to entry; it’s how I make sure the group stays safe and connected from the start.
