BHEC requires a minimum of four hours of supervision each month. This structure ensures you have regular opportunities to discuss cases, receive feedback, and continue developing your skills.

Please note that BHEC allows only 50% of clinical supervision hours to be completed in a group format, so the remaining hours must be completed as dyad or individual supervision. Times for these sessions vary; please reach out for availability.

At this time, I do not supervise LPC Associates who own their own private practices due to additional liability considerations. Supervision is available for Associates working in agency, group practice, or nonprofit settings.

How long does LPC supervision take to complete in Texas?
Most LPC Associates complete the required 3,000 hours over a period of 18 to 24 months, depending on work setting, caseload, and scheduling.

What kind of support do you provide between sessions?
